Grasping at Straws

Ok, so I'm not one to fall for crazy gimmicks. I know this is probably crazy and probably most definitely a gimmick, but has anyone ever heard of The Complete Pregnancy Miracle System? I clicked on this and read about 6 of the success stories. Let me know what you think.

Meh. I'm not one to put stock in these kind of things. Generally, there has been no methodical testing of these claims, it just preys on the desperation of all of us going thru IF.

No way, TJ! I have a feeling it's just a fancy pitch for acupuncture, which we already know is reputed to have many IF benefits. You'd probably get a booklet outlining why acupuncture is good and then directing you to consult the internet for a local acupuncturist.

I gotta tell you - I read all the way to the bottom and I was tempted to just buy her book. I mean, can you imagine? $40 for a guaranteed pregnancy in 2 months :). Haha, I SO want that to be real...

Yeah, I knew it wasn't real, but the stories were soooo convincing. Thanks for helping me keep my head on straight and not wasting $40 of my money. :-)

I'm not sure... I wish they gave you a peek inside or something... wouldn't it be great if it was true though!!!

I didn't read past the "even if"s. Really, endo, tubal obstruction, bad ovaries, etc, and they have "success stories", I don't buy it, at all. Seems like yet another way of deceiving infertile couples into spending money on false hope.
