I think it's ok to give yourself time, and let your writing and emotional expression take shape the way it will. You don't need to force yourself: when you need to, you will write and/or express your emotions in any way that feels workable for you.
I really like this post because I see it as picking up a thread of the wound up emotions you have and starting to tug at it gently. You know you can't keep bottling things up, and you are considering your options for how you want to open yourself up. Not easy to be vulnerable to others, but equally hard sometimes to be vulnerable to ourselves. You can trust in yourself, though. You are a very strong and wise woman. I know for me, writing - even about the negative - really helps me to manage my anxiety. Somehow getting it out is just really healing. So it's worth the risk, at least for now.

:: hugs ::Mrs. Agonyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06751122565211101982noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-532456271171506906.post-68211451798766231782015-04-12T10:27:23.176-04:002015-04-12T10:27:23.176-04:00((Hugs)). I'm too tired to do that kind of work at the end of the day. I just can't bring myself to do it.

I hope you find a way to write that feels good for you. We'll be here whenever that happens. My husband and I have decided to be very open about it with our daughter and our families.Rebeccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06316511791499949824noreply@blogger.com
